Your data

What Girafoufou keeps, where, for how long, and your rights are set out in our privacy policy. The English edition has no advertising, no audience-measurement tool, no tracker and no cookies: your child’s progress stays on your device.

Intellectual property

The name Girafoufou, the characters (Girafoufou, Little Reindeer, Sunny the cat, Paco, Lola, Malo, Floppy), the illustrations, voices, texts, videos and the game’s code belong to Marcel Venturino. Any reproduction or reuse beyond family use needs our written permission. The open-source fonts and software libraries we use remain under their own licences.

Selling

The English edition sells nothing. For purchases made on the French website (girafoufou.fr), our French consumer mediator is the CM2C (Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — www.cm2c.net.
